Since its establishment in 2016, La Bu La has adhered to a simple yet firm belief: to offer the community a premium dining experience at neighborhood prices. Our first store opened in Tampines, Singapore, and for the past eight years, we have been committed to bringing our customers authentic mala stir-fry, flavorful grilled fish, and classic Sichuan cuisine. We provide both spicy and non-spicy options, making it an ideal place for family gatherings and friend meet-ups, ensuring everyone can find their favorite dishes. Today, our branches are located in Tampines, Hougang, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Marine Parade, and Yishun.

We carefully select the freshest ingredients and meticulously prepare each dish, ensuring that every plate is infused with the rich "wok hei" – the perfect balance of heat and flavor. We are committed to cooking every dish to order, even if it means our customers have to wait a bit longer, to ensure that when each dish reaches the table, it is full of freshly-cooked aromas and flavors.

Mala stir-fry is one of the most popular dishes at La Bu La. We use fresh ingredients and authentic spices, perfectly blending various components to create a fragrant, complex, and wok-hei-filled stir-fry. Customers can choose their preferred spice level, catering to both those who love bold flavors and those who prefer milder tastes, ensuring everyone can find something they enjoy.

Spicy chicken is a must-try dish at La Bu La. Made with fresh chicken, combined with authentic chilies and spices, it is stir-fried over high heat to create a dish that is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with spicy and savory flavors. Every bite is packed with aroma and a perfect balance of heat, making it especially appealing to those who love spicy food. This dish is always a highlight during family gatherings or friend get-togethers, and it is a customer favorite.

Our grilled fish is also outstanding, offering eight distinct flavors, including green pepper, mala, golden broth, garlic, tomato, and lemon. Each flavor is carefully crafted to meet the diverse tastes of our customers. Our grilled fish is so popular that many customers have remarked that only our fish is good enough to drink the broth afterward, as it is rich in flavor but still refreshing.

In 2023, we introduced a unique barbecue series to meet customer expectations, further expanding our menu. Whether you’re a fan of traditional flavors or seeking something new, you’ll find something you love at La Bu La.

In 2024, La Bu La introduced the all-new "Hello Lemon" hand-made lemon tea, offering multiple flavor options that have quickly gained popularity among customers. Among them, the "YA SHIXIANG" lemon tea has rapidly become one of the best-selling beverages due to its unique fragrance and rich flavor. "Hello Lemon" hand made lemon tea is made from fresh Calamansi lemons, preserving the natural aroma and nutrition through hand-squeezing. Its refreshing taste, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, not only quenches thirst but also pairs wonderfully with spicy dishes, cutting through the richness with its light and crisp flavor. It’s an ideal companion for dishes like Mala Hotpot and grilled fish.

With an average spending of just $10-30 per person, we offer the most sincere and flavorful dining experience at an affordable price, ensuring that every customer who visits feels the warmth of home and the refinement of high-quality cuisine.
